Fine Line & Tiny Tattoos

If we haven't met yet, hi! I’m Heather—owner of Inked & Winked, lover of beauty, tiny tattoos, good laughs, and making people feel amazing in their own skin. I started in cosmetology over 16 years ago, built my first business from scratch, and eventually followed my passion straight into permanent makeup and tattoo artistry. Today, I get to blend artistry with connection every single day, creating brows, lips, liner, and tattoos that reflect you. Clients often tell me that appointments feel more like hanging out with a friend—and honestly, that’s exactly the energy I bring. I’m here to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and completely confident from the moment you walk in.
