A deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 5 days in advance to receive a refund minus a processing fee. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in forfeiting the deposit.
